1-2 color prints will always be the most affordable option. Each time a color is added, additional screen need to be made and a significant amount of time is added to the printing process. For 3 colors+ we typically recommend using the Perfect Transfer.
Each time a new print location is added it is like running a new job. The fewer the print locations, the cheaper the overall cost will be. For example, if 3 locations are added the cost would increase to nearly 3x as much as one location. The number of colors in each location will also affect the overall cost.
Ordering in larger quantities offers substantial cost advantages. As the volume increases, the cost per unit decreases significantly. If a file provided to us is not in a vector format (.eps, .svg, .ai, .cdr) we will have to have a Graphic Designer vectorize your logo. This normally adds an additional $20 to your order depending on the complexity of the logo. If artwork is provided in a vector format no extra charge will be added. Files such as (.jpg, .png, .bmp) will need to be vectorized. PDF files can be used, but must not be pixelated.
